Online Return Policy
How do I return an item?
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before shipping an item back to us for return. You may contact us at info@peppybuddies.ca to request a return authorization. All online purchases require a return authorization prior to being returned. (Returns are accepted only for shipments made in Canada. While US or international orders require $15.00 flat rate return shipping, refunds, or exchanges). Customers will be responsible for covering the return shipping fee for the product SNUGGLE regardless of the country you are returning it from.
Please note that discounted items purchased during promotional sales, including those with free shipping, are not eligible for our standard free return shipping policy. We kindly ask our customers to cover the return shipping costs for discounted items returned to Peppy Buddies.
Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds and exchanges for online orders will be processed only if the item is undamaged, unused in its original condition, untouched by pets, with its original tags and original receipt, up to 30 days from the date of receiving.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. PEPPY BUDDIES will cover the cost of return shipping for items returned within the 30-day window from the date of receiving. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge, if applicable, will not be refunded.
To return your purchase by courier, please contact us at info@peppybuddies.ca for a return authorization. Please allow 1-3 business days for a customer care representative to respond. Once you receive your return authorization by email, simply print it and attach it to your package. You may ship your package using the provided prepaid shipping label. Returns received without a return authorization will be shipped back.
You will be contacted via email as soon as the return has been processed.
