Welcome to the Peppy Buddies website. Peppy Buddies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides pet bedding and clothing products through online and in-store sales in Canada, and we ship to Canada, the United States, and internationally. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Company's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility

To use the Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

Coupons and Discounts

At PeppyBuddies.ca, Free Shipping, Percent Savings, and Dollar Savings are all considered to be promotional offers.

Coupons and discounts apply only to available inventory. Coupons and discounts may not be combined with other coupons or discounts. Coupons and discounts may not be applied to the purchase of email gift certificates or to any corporate/bulk sales orders.

Free Shipping promotions are determined based on the total pre-tax value of the items in your shopping cart after any discounts have been applied.

We apologize, but some coupons & discounts are not applicable to certain brands or certain products. Additional discounts & coupons are also not applicable to items that are marked ending in 0.96 or 0.97 Everyday Value. Additional coupons & discounts do not apply to Door Crashers, Boxing Week Promotions, Black Friday Deals, Cyber Monday Deals, or Deals of the Day.

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 6 (Returns and Exchanges), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive the termination of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by us to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By using the Services provided by Peppy Buddies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Services or any part thereof.
