Peppy Buddies provides free standard shipping with order over $99 (shipping policy is subject to change) for Canada and USA. You may contact us at info@peppybuddies.ca to request a return authorization. All online purchases require a return authorization prior to being returned. (Returns are accepted only for shipments made in Canada. While US or international orders require $15.00 flat rate return shipping, refunds, or exchanges). Customers will be fully responsible for covering the return shipping fee for the product SNUGGLE regardless of the country you are returning it from.
Unopened Product Returns
Only products that remain unopened or unused are eligible for a full refund. If the product packaging remains unopened and undamaged, you can request a return within 14 days after purchase.
Opened and Assembled Products
Due to the special packaging and assembly requirements, opening the packaging may prevent us from restoring the product to its original state, which could impact the feasibility of returns. Please note that a restocking fee of $50 will apply to any products that have been opened and assembled.
